Refund & Return Policy

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• Custom-made, personalized, or final-sale items.
• Digital goods, downloadable content, subscriptions, or completed services unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund Conditions

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and accepted by our team.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photo evidence where applicable.

6. Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are generally processed within 5 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for eligible items when replacement stock is available.
